SahiSeat (sahiseat.com) is an initiative of Society of Digital Entrepreneurs (SODES). The website and its services are operated and managed by Berries Financial Advisory Services ("Berries", "we", "us"), which is the merchant of record for all paid services on this website. Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited.

Provided by you: your exam, rank/score, category, home state and preferences when you use the predictor and related tools; your email address if you opt into shortlist alerts; payment details (name, email, phone) when you purchase a paid service.

Stored on your device: your shortlist and preference list live in your browser's local storage — they are not uploaded unless you opt into alerts.

Automatically: anonymised usage analytics (page views, performance) via Vercel Analytics. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or send marketing on WhatsApp.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card/UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliant systems and never touch our servers. Berries Financial Advisory Services receives only the transaction outcome and the billing details needed for invoicing and support.

Messages you send to the AI counselor, along with your predictor context (exam, rank, category), are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. Do not include sensitive personal information in chat messages. Conversations are not used to build advertising profiles.

To provide the services (predictions, alerts, simulations), process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the product. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest in operating the service.

Shortlist alert subscriptions are kept while active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing amit@berriesadvisory.com. Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

We share data only with the processors named above (Razorpay, Anthropic, Vercel, Convex — our hosting and database providers) and where required by law. We never sell it.

The service is intended for students and their families. For users under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms and handle any payment.
