SahiSeat (sahiseat.com) is an initiative of Society of Digital Entrepreneurs (SODES). The website and its services are operated and managed by Berries Financial Advisory Services ("Berries", "we", "us"), which is the merchant of record for all paid services on this website. Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited.

By accessing or using sahiseat.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

SahiSeat provides information tools for students navigating JEE (JoSAA), NEET (MCC and state) and CUET (DU-CSAS) admission counselling: a rank/score predictor, preference-list tools, a counselling simulator, an AI counselor and cutoff reference pages.

All closing ranks, scores, fee figures and simulations are based on previous-year, indicative data and are provided for information only. The official counselling portal (josaa.nic.in, mcc.nic.in, your state counselling authority, or admission.uod.ac.in) is the sole ground truth. SahiSeat does not guarantee admission to any institution, does not submit applications on your behalf, and is not affiliated with JoSAA, MCC, NTA, DU or any counselling authority.

Certain services may be offered for a fee (see the Pricing page). Berries Financial Advisory Services is the merchant of record; payments are collected through Razorpay. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to scrape, bulk-download or resell the website's data; not to attempt to disrupt the service; and not to use the AI counselor to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access for misuse.

Some features (e.g., shortlist alerts) ask for an email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

The website design, software and original content belong to Berries Financial Advisory Services and Society of Digital Entrepreneurs (SODES). Official counselling data belongs to its respective publishers and is referenced with source attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berries Financial Advisory Services and Society of Digital Entrepreneurs (SODES) are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative data, simulator outcomes, or AI counselor responses, or from decisions made in any official counselling process. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a paid service is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office of Berries Financial Advisory Services shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
